Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally range from 5–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Click on the “Account” icon at the top of our website and select “Create Account.” Fill in your details and follow the prompts to register.
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your Vidapool account and check the Order History section for updates.
No, we do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.
Yes, sales tax is applied where required by law and is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
We currently ship to a growing number of countries. Please check the shipping options at checkout or contact us at [email protected] to confirm availability in your region.
Whenever possible, we ship your items in a single package. However, depending on inventory and logistics, some items may arrive in separate shipments.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in their original condition. For full details, please visit our Refund and Returns Policy.
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item received. We’ll correct it as quickly as possible.
If your product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions via email. Please do not send returns without authorization.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately to update the address. If it’s already in transit, we’ll do our best to assist, but changes may not be possible.
Orders can be changed or canceled before they ship. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.
